Bateleur Camp at Kichwa Tembo is in the north-western corner of the richest game park in Kenya. Meaning "Head of the Elephant" in KiSwahili, Kichwa Tembo is flanked by the Oloololo Escarpment and the Sabaringo River. The camp lies deep in a monkey-rich forest on the exclusive western side of the Masai Mara National Reserve, far removed from the package tourism of the eastern Mara. Kichwa Tembo Bateleur Camp has two intimate camps of nine tented suites each. The magnificent appointment of the camp ensures shade from a dense forest canopy and unobstructed views of the game-rich plains. On hand is the ultimate indulgence - a personal butler service. Spacious tents with wooden floors and private verandahs grace this exclusive camp. Inside each tent, you will find every possible comfort. Kichwa Tembo is set among the forests just below the spot where a famous scene from Out of Africa was filmed. This setting was also chosen to illustrate the motion picture's poster. Ngorongoro Crater Lodge is situated in the unfenced Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area that forms one ecosystem with the Serengeti National Park. The conservation area is the main wet season (November to May) grazing area for the majority of the Serengeti's migratory animal herds. Ngorongoro Crater is the permanent home of up to 25,000 animals, almost half of them zebra and wildebeest. Crater lodge consists of three adjacent, glamorous camps with 30 Maasai-inspired suites perched on stilts on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. Set in classic crescents, each stone and thatch suite has spectacular views of the crater from large glass windows in the bathroom, lounge and bedroom, yet is almost invisible from the crater floor. Situated in the spectacular Atlas Mountains in Morocco, the award-winning Kasbah Tamadot was bought by Sir Richard Branson during one of his famous ballooning expeditions. To the north extends a steep river valley with sheer rocky limestone and forested mountains, contrasting with the view of the breathtaking snow-capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains on the southern side. To the east, across the river, you can see a traditional Berber village built into the side of the mountain in keeping with the landscape. MalaMala Camp and Sable Camp are set in beautiful surroundings on the banks of the Sand River. The accommodation continues the African theme with spacious bungalows under thatch. In accordance with our conservation policies, we cater for no more than fifty guests at a time. Amanjena (Aman means "peaceful" in Sanskrit; jena is Arabic for paradise) lies within an oasis of palms and olive trees close to the ancient city of Marrakech.
