A native of Tokyo, Japan, Izumi Ogawa immigrated to Vancouver in 2007. Prior to coming to Canada, Izumi worked as an Executive Assistant in the financial industry in Tokyo. One of her main responsibilities was to arrange the business trips for the high level executives in her firm.

It is here that Izumi cultivated her passion for arranging travel for others. As a frequent traveler herself, she has discovered the key components to what makes a vacation enjoyable.
